Service Options

LIMITED SERVICE PLAN-  We provide a detailed analysis and full written report of your home (3-4 hours) where the home owner agrees to complete all the recommendations listed in the report in the time agreed upon.  This detailed report will contain photos taken during the consultation and will provide the home owner with a 'road map' on how to Stage their own home, room by room including the exterior to enhance curb appeal.

SHARED SERVICE PLAN - Following an exclusive detailed analysis and written report of your home, the home owner agrees to complete some of the recommendations listed in the report.  This usually includes de-cluttering and a pre-packing of items that will not be used for Staging.  Once the 'to do' list has been completed by the home owner, the ASP team will return to your home to Stage, accessorize and fulfill the placement of all furnishings.  Should rental items be required they will be brought in at this time. 

FULL SERVICE PLAN - For those clients who don't want to, or do not have the time to participate in the Staging process, an estimate will be presented to the seller as per the condition of the home.  The Full Service Plan is also most effective with Vacant Properties where furniture and accessories are required.
